Understanding the practice policies regarding insurance and financial options is crucial for patients seeking dental care.
Insurance Policy
An insurance plan is a contract between you and your insurance company and usually pays only a portion of the fee. Your treatment plan is reflective of your individual needs, not those dictated by your insurance company. Our account is directly with you, not an insurance company. As a courtesy, we will submit claims to your insurance or provide a statement that contains all necessary information which you can submit for reimbursement.
Financial Policy
The rising cost of dental care today concerns us, as it does you. In order to avoid the high cost of billing and finance charges, we request payment at the time of treatment, unless prior financial arrangements have been made.
For your convenience, we accept payments made with cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Cancellations
Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
